Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if it meets the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags and care labels still attached

Please note: Sale items (including promotional markdowns) are final sale and cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Extended Christmas Returns

To make festive gifting easier, we offer extended returns until 31 January 2026.
Orders placed between 11 November and 31 December qualify for this extended period, provided they meet all standard return requirements.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind:

  • Eligible full-priced items can be returned for an exchange or store credit

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as postage for any exchanged items being sent back out

If an item is returned and does not meet our return conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund or store credit.

Processing Times

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 1 week for it to be reviewed and processed.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been finalised.
Refunds generally take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Faulty Items

If you’ve received an item that’s damaged or faulty, we’re very sorry.
Please email a clear photo of the issue to turnertextiledesign@gmail.com, and we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
