RMIT Textile Design Partnered Project with Linen House

I wanted this collection to feel like stepping into a lush tropical greenhouse.

Verdant Oasis is a vibrant bedding collection inspired by the lush beauty of greenhouses and inspired by the Hothouse Florals trend forecasted by WGSN. The design celebrates the energy and diversity of tropical plant life, featuring orchids, bromeliads and other exotic foliage in a layered composition meant to evoke an immersive indoor jungle.

Created using hand-painted motifs, the collection explores bold colour contrasts - magenta, lime, emerald and fuchsia - balanced by soft greens. Designed for digital print on cotton sateen, the range also includes coordinating cushions, European pillows with ruffled trims and a knitted throw, offering a bright and energetic aesthetic for contemporary interiors.
